How does the free trial work?
When you first open Convexy, a 14-day free trial begins automatically. During the trial, all conversion features work without restrictions. After 14 days, you can unlock all conversions with a one-time $4.99 purchase. PDF tools and QR code generation remain free forever.
Do my files get uploaded anywhere?
No. Every conversion happens entirely on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks. Convexy makes no network requests (except to Apple for purchase verification). You can use the app in Airplane Mode.
I purchased the app but it still shows as locked.
Go to Settings (gear icon) and tap "Restore Purchase." This will sync your purchase with Apple's servers. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
What formats are supported?
Images: HEIC, JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, WebP, GIF, AVIF, SVG, RAW, ICO. Video: MP4, MOV, M4V. Audio: M4A, MP3, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, CAF. Documents: PDF, TXT, RTF, HTML, Markdown, CSV, JSON. Archives: ZIP.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to refund.
The app crashed or a conversion failed.
